Experiencing Schaffhausen.
Bloss e chlini Stadt. *
On Monday afternoon, me and my class impulsively did something! We made a sudden trip to Schaffhausen because I had never been there before. It was sunny and hot but perfect for a class trip. I am a new student, and I come from Australia, I was born in New Zealand, but my family is from England and South Africa. I have never properly looked around Schaffhausen before, so my classmates helped me experience that.
First, we walked around the town to show me some popular shops. Schaffhausen has so many nice streets and old buildings, I quite enjoy the old European house look. The buildings all look very pretty and old. We saw fountains, and statues. Everything looked beautifully aged!
All of us liked the trip a lot and took many pictures. My class showed me the town and showed me some special spots that the class likes. We even found some book shops that many of us including myself was interested in. We all talked about Schaffhausen, laughed a bit, took some photos and learned new things about people’s hobbies and what certain shops the class enjoy visiting.
Even though it was just a small trip, it was quite fun, probably because we didn’t need to do schoolwork. I really liked Schaffhausen, and I was happy my class showed it to me. Now I don’t need to wonder what shops are in Schaffhausen because I experienced it myself.
It was a great experience and would love to go visit other popular places too!
